How Your Order Reaches You

Everkept orbs are personalised to order, so the timeline works differently to ordinary online shopping. Here is exactly what happens and when.

Step 1 — You send us your video. After checkout you receive a link to a secure upload form. Send us the footage you would like inside your orb. We recommend doing this within 3 days of ordering.

Step 2 — We prepare your orb. 2 to 4 business days. Each orb is checked before we touch it.

Step 3 — We load and test your video. 1 to 2 business days. We load your footage, play it back in full, and confirm the orb works properly.

Step 4 — You approve it. We film a short clip of your orb playing your video and send it to you. Nothing ships until you tell us you are happy.

Step 5 — Delivery. 1 to 4 business days nationwide via Aramex Store-to-Door. You receive a tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.

Total: most orders arrive within 8 to 11 business days.

Important: the clock starts when we receive your video, not when you pay. If you send your footage a week after ordering, delivery moves out by a week. We will remind you, but we cannot begin without it.

Delivery cost: R89 nationwide, anywhere in South Africa.
