How long does delivery take?
6-8 business days, tracked with Aramex. Your clock starts when you upload your video, which is why we ask for it right after checkout. Send it the same day and it moves faster.
How long does the battery last?
About an two hours of continuous playback, then recharge with the USB-C cable. Most people switch it on when they want it rather than leaving it running.
What if I change my mind?
30 days, unused, in original packaging. Because each orb is loaded with your personal video, we send you a video of it playing before we ship — so you can check it first.
Can I change the video later?
The orb loads through a computer, so most people send it back to us and we swap it. Message us any time and we'll sort it out.
Does it really play sound?
Yes. There's a built-in speaker and a volume dial on the base. You hear the moment, not just see it.
